If a significant pricing error is identified after a booking request has been made, Trippeek may contact the customer to confirm or cancel the booking and process any applicable refund.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Users are responsible for carefully reviewing the applicable cancellation and refund conditions before confirming any reservation.
8.1 Refund and Cancellation Policy

For non-refundable bookings, no refund may be available in the event of cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure unless otherwise specified by the accommodation provider.
Where a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be returned through the original payment method used during the booking process. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, or card issuer.
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation may be treated as a no-show and may result in cancellation charges or forfeiture of the booking amount in accordance with the accommodation provider’s policy.
Trippeek acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not determine or control the cancellation and refund policies established by accommodation providers.
